The sample is treated as naive local wall time in the selected source Windows zone (UTC).
Modeled DST behavior uses only the bundled 48.2.1 / 2026c snapshot for local times from 2026-01-01T00:00:00 through, but not including, 2027-01-01T00:00:00.
Best-effort modeled preview, not Power Automate execution.
This is not tenant execution or a parity guarantee. Test the exact expression and value in the target Power Automate tenant.
